(in English) The Great East Japan Earthquake reminded us of the significance to secure communication network under emergencies. We need to strengthen the sustainability of network as an urgent task. This paper discusses the architecture of dependable network characterized by wireless-based de-centralized network, server-less information system, and temporal communication bridge provided by cars and unmanned aerial vehicles.
