Collusion-Secure Delivery of Privacy Protected Video Depending on Viewers Authority

(in English) This report presents a collusion-secure delivery method for viewer-dependent privacy protected video, where “viewer-dependent” implies that the way of privacy protection (e.g., box, mosaic, transparency) varies according to viewer’s authority. In our previous work, a delivery server extracts and decomposes the information of human objects, and then embeds the information into background images using information hiding techniques. Each viewer extracts a part of the decomposed information of human objects according to his/her authority, and then produces privacy protected video by integrating the extracted information. However, if two viewers having different authorities collude, they can produce videos that are not authorized for them. In this report, we give a method for solving this problem, and consider the collusion tolerance of the proposed method through examples.
