A Study on Customer Control for Call Session Control Services

(in English) Customer Control which enables user to configure service data directly is provided in PSTN. This mechanism is also required in call session control services (also in NGN). Meanwhile, method of customer control for call session control services is entrusted to network carriers.
This paper proposes two architectures that realize customer control for call session control services. Then, we evaluate both architectures from several points of view.
