(in English) In recent years, MIMO spatial multiplexing systems have received considerable attention because of the need for broadband connections. To apply MIMO into the mobile mommunications, Virtual Channel (VC) has been introduced. VC with orderd successive detection (VC-OSD) can be applied to MIMO system, the complexity of VC-OSD increases exponentially with increase in the number of streams multiplexed in the channel.
In this manuscript, we propose a new transmitting and receiving scheme using virtual channel in combination with Tomlinson-Harashima Precoding (THP). This scheme is optimised to reduce complexity especially in receiving terminals. To improve BER performances of virtual channel with THP, we also introduce a scheme applying Optimal Power Loading (OPL) to VC-THP. Then we estimate its BER performances by performing computer simulations.
Compter simulation results indicate that the BER performances of the proposed medhod is good enough to be used in signal detection without successive detection schemes.
