(in English) In this paper, we describe methods for automated bone segmentation and THA planning. The automated planning is formulated as maximum a posterior (MAP) estimation with statistical atlases of implants, bone models, joint functionalities which are modeled with training datasets prepared by an experienced surgeon. In the experiment, we performed the evaluation of the proposed method and obtained a result that there was no significance between the proposed method and surgeon's plans. We considered this showed a potential usefulness of our method with automated segmentation.
