(in English) Leeson's formula is well-known one for phase noise behavior in oscillators. The method to formulate Leeson’s Q factor was clarified by Ohira. The author’s group formulated Q factor of the FET oscillator with a coaxial resonator by Ohira’s methodology. And the theoretical results were verified by simulated and experimental investigations. In this report, Leeson’s Q factor of the transistor oscillator with a coaxial resonator is theoretically and experimentally investigated with the same approach as the previous one.
