Accuracy Evaluation of Intantaneous Frequency Measurement with Two-Component Signal -- Instantaneous Frequency Measument Without FFT --

(in English) We have devised Instantaneous Frequency(IF) measurement method named PRIMO(Primary Rotation and Instantaneous Movement Observation). This paper proves the accuracy and preciseness by giving two frequency component signal, the IF movement of which has been proven by Cohen [1] and also demonstrates that PRIMO acquired 8 digits accuracy about  Hz order in acoustic frequency, which refers calibrated Rubidium Oscillator. In acoustic researches, stably measuring IF in realtime shall be signi cant. More prompt measurement and higher accuracy is desired. Faithfulness to discontinuous frequency change and noise robustness under low SNR were also
conformed.
