| 抄録 | （和） | 高齢者のグループレクリエーションにおいて，多人数で遊びながら無理なく体を動かすための遊びリテーションシステムを開発した．加速度センサと圧力センサを用い，腿上げ運動と手を握る運動を検出し，運動を入力とし，高齢者にもなじみのある大縄跳びや綱引きといったゲームを用意した．3か所の高齢者施設で試用してもらい，受容性を確認した．簡便性を高めるため，加速度センサを無線化する改良を施し，高齢者施設で評価実験を行った．心の活性化を観察による笑顔評価で，身体活動の活性化を腿上げ角度で評価した．ゲーム中は真剣に取り組むため笑顔の表出が少なかったが，勝敗結果の発表のときに笑顔が増えた．腿上げ角度のゲームによる増加は見られなかった．大縄跳びでは腿上げのタイミングをとる必要があり迷いが生じたためと考えられる．継続的な実施による効果検証が今後の課題である． |
| （英） | Abstract An “Asobi-litation” system applicable to group recreation for elderly people was developed and assessed. The system aims at facilitating physical and mental activities by games that use body movements as inputs. Thigh raising was measured using an accelerometer and hand grasping was detected by a pressure sensor attached to an air bag. The games familiar to elderly peoples, such as group rope-jumping and tug-of-war, were prepared. The acceptability of the system was confirmed through trials held at three elderly facilities. After improving the system usability by realizing wireless communication between the accelerometers and the computer, an assessment of the system was conducted in a facility for the elderly. Smiling expressions were manually rated to assess mental activation and thigh angles were compared to assess physical activation. The smiling expressions were observed frequently during the presentation of the winner, while serious looks were usually seen during games. The thigh angles did not increase by the game, contrary to our expectation. One reason may be because it is difficult to match the timing with the movement of the rope. Long-term effects should be studied in the future. | |
