Prototype of UHF Converter for TV White-space Utilization

(in English) For practical use of IEEE 802.11af which utilize TV white-space with the WLAN communication system, a variety of technologies have been widely proposed and researched. In this study, we propose a UHF converter which enables the communication in UHF band with an existing WLAN module by converting the frequency band from 2.4 GHz to UHF. Also, we have prototyped a small UHF converter which can be implemented in a tablet terminal and its RF characteristics and spurious response are characterized.
