(in English) In a self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator, a phenomenon of sudden change in an oscillation frequency to an oscillation frequency of the free-running oscillator was often observed. In this paper, to understand this phenomenon in both band-stop and reflection type of the self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator, we considered the condition that such a mode jump may occur as a parameter of a frequency deviation between a resonant frequency of ceramic resonator and the oscillation frequency of free-running oscillator.
