| (in English) | When considering the operation and management of an IP network or the Cloud system, the system designer worries about what and how should be managed. Of course, if there are many manageable items, the quality of the service to a customer will go up, but considering the development cost of an operation and management system, a managed item is restricted naturally. In this paper, the fundamental view and technology trends of operation and management are surveyed. Furthermore, while analyzing the presented technical field in past two-year ICM study group, the presentations concerning operations are taken up. Moreover, the technology applied to the telephone network is introduced to the reference which considers future operation and management technology. |
