| (in English) | 3D video communication would be expected to enrich remote office communication. Usually, remote office communication carried out in a low-rate environment. In this paper, we conduct the subjective test to find relationship between coding parameters (frame size and frame rate) and subjective 3D video quality under low-rate environment. As a result of the test, we find that in the case of under 1Mbps, frame rate strongly influence to perceived quality. | |
