[Invited Talk] Development and Deployment Status of New-Generation Networks Based on AKARI Architecture Design

(in English) New-generation network concept design from AKARI Architecture Design Project has being developed on a real network, which is addressed in this talk. Availability by hierarchical and automatic number allocation for locators, mobility and heterogeneity by host ID and locator split architecture, life support and disaster recovery by a wireless regional network consisting of information-server-capable base stations, and service diversity by optical packet and circuit integrated network are enhanced. These components have successfully been connected over JGN-X for the first time.
