| (in English) | We have discussed the effect of kth order PSDs at the squarer output on timing jitter. Transmission schemes are assumed to be PAM, ASK, and QAM. A band-limiting scheme is assumed to be a cosine roll-off. The representations of SS and SN component of jitter source PSD are expressed by 0th and ±2nd order PSDs. SN component practically consists of 0th order PSD and thus can be regarded as a stationary process. | |
