| 抄録 | （和） | 計算機によって医師の診断補助を行う計算機診断支援（Computer Aided Diagnosis: CAD）システムの構築が望まれている． 教師付学習を用いた認識診断システムにおいて，出力が既知であるラベルあり学習データの数を増やすほど，識別の精度は向上する． しかし， 一般的にラベルの付いていないデータの方が作成コストは低く，大量に用意することが容易である． 半教師付学習は，教師付学習で用いるラベルありデータに加え，ラベルなしデータを用いて学習精度の向上を図る学習方法である． 本研究は，半教師付学習を用いてびまん性肺疾患画像の識別能力の検証を行い， ラベルなしデータの追加により識別性能の向上を確認した． |
| （英） | Computer aided diagnosis system, which aim to help doctor for diagnosis, is desired to develop. In the system, classification task, which is usually implement as a learning system, is important. In the classification system using supervised learning, the more the number of labeled learning data we prepare, the more accuracy for the classification performance we obtain. Unfortunately, the cost to obtain those labeled data, which includes identified labels, is expensive generally. Meanwhile, the cost for unlabeled data is lower than that of the labeled one. The semi-supervised learning is developed for the learning data set, which contains small number of labeled data and large unlabeled one. The large unlabeled data is used for improving accuracy of the classification performance in the learning. In this study, we developed a classification system for idiopathic interstitial pneumonias (IIPs) using the semi-supervised learning, and confirm improving of the performance for the classification accuracy by use of unlabeled data. |
