Yumeko Miyachi (RTRI) SSS2012-12
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) It is necessary to collect information to analyze the human factor of an accident and a trouble. The method is a hearing investigation for the person concerned. Therefore, we carried out the study of the first stage to standardize the investigation procedure, and to develop a method of the education. We examined a way of thinking and attitude toward human error and accident investigation. Furthermore, we examined the relations with the personality trait, age, experience of safety management. Essential improvement will be necessary to let you get an investigation procedure, if a way of thinking and attitude originate in a personal attribute. However, we were able to confirm that these relations were irrelevant.
