(in English) In this paper, we propose work style oriented collaborative work space construction method. In conventional collaborative work support system,Because of limitation on processing tool and working target, in work space,It’s difficult to meet the request of work space to change with the progress of work．Then, in proposal method, we propose function, which focused on merit of real and cyber space, about processing tool and working target. The function meke it possible to meet change with progress of work. In this paper, we show design and implementation of the prototype system, and confirm the practicality of this method by initial experiment.
