It is believed that ultra-small electrical vehicles (mini EVs) will spread instead of conventional gasoline cars, as a new vehicle in the low carbon and aging society. The EVs have a large capacity battery, so the EVs will become a power supply infrastructure when disaster happens. Various ideas have been proposed such as building the communication infrastructure using EVs forming wireless ad-hoc network (EVANET), when disaster happens. In this paper, the mini EV is used as an aircraft carrier of an electric helicopter. In order to grasp the situation over a wide range of disaster, the electric helicopter shoots the disaster scene from the air. We propose a disaster area monitoring system with new functions which could not be realized until now. |
