A study of amount of frequency shift of tunable BPFs using various ring resonators under the condition that RF switches are used

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) First, we examine by circuit simulator about the amount of frequency shift and matching of tunable band pass filters (BPFs) using a ring resonator under the condition that RF switches are used by circuit simulator.
Next, we examine a BPF using a split ring resonator under the condition that RF switches are used.
The transmission characteristics similar to the characteristics of the BPF using the ring resonator are obtained by loading the RF switches in the BPF using the split ring resonator.
And then, we examine the amount of frequency shift of the BPF using the split ring resonator by circuit simulator.
Finally, we propose a tunable BPF with higher frequency shift by a combination of these studies, and examine the frequency shift of the proposed BPF by circuit and electromagnetic simulators.
