We have developed a method of the gene transfection that has used the laser induced emergent stress wave (LIESW) generating by the Q-switch Nd:YAG pulse laser. However, the transfection efficiency used LIESW has been low. We need improve many problems to establish a way with much higher efficiency. Therefore, in this study, we used some thickness natural rubber. We examined the effect and transfer of the foreign substance on HeLa cells by the acoustic signature of LIESW. |
