(in English) We’ve been working on the coupled analysis on tumor growth and angiogenesis. By angiogenesis algorithm to construct, we examine the extraction of vascular structures from two-dimensional gray scale image. This method can extract thin blood vessels by changing the threshold value in the area. The purpose of this method was to understand the vascular structure and to estimate the characteristics.
