(in English) We have developed a three dimensional (3D) kinematic measurement method of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) using medical images and applied the method to clinical cases. In addition, we have applied the improved method to the 3D kinematic analysis of the other artificial joint and normal joint. In this lecture, the principle of our developed method and its accuracy including clinical importance are described. In clinical application, results of various 3D dynamic motions for skeletal joint are presented, and the availability and feasibility are demonstrated.
