| (in English) | It is memorable that the collapse of the telecommunications infrastructure expanded secondary damage and hindered reconstruction in Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011. When a fault occurs in the existing infrastructure by disasters, information communication network is interrupted, and it becomes impossible to transmit important information until recovery. For this reason the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) using small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) that can quickly make a free network unrestricted by location has been proposed. The radio propagation between the UAV can be characterized as 2-ray model. In this paper, communication performance on wireless links between UAVs is evaluated using simulation examples with IEEE802.11g OFDM PHY. | |
