(in English) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an imaging sensor that can be operated in all-weather and day-night time, and has a feature that a high-resolution image is obtained. However, the large size of SAR images prolongs communication time from platforms such as an airplane and a satellite, to the ground. To resolve this issue, image compression by SAR image processing on the platforms attracts attention. This paper presents a UAV on-board semi-real-time SAR image processing system using Matrix transpose algorithm. In addition, the proposed method is mounted on Viretx-6 FPGA.
