| (in English) | The colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) materials with perovskite structure have attracted a great deal of attention due to its vast properties, such as metal insulator transition, ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition, CMR and charge ordering phase transition.These materials also have potential applications in disk-drive read head,magnetic field sensor, etc. In the present paper, we have deposited the epitaxial single crystal thin films of Tb0.8Ca0.2MnO3(TCMO) and studied on their electric and magnetic properties. As a result it is found that TCMO single crystal thin-films have the electric and magnetic anisotropy. | |
