(in English) When we discuss deeply about system performance of terahertz wireless communication by employing resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs), it is important to clarify several physical properties of the monolithically integrated device, and to clarify any required speculations. In this paper we mention a scenario and results to analyze such basic and/or advanced performances focusing on an example of a RTD integrated with a self-complementary bow-tie antenna as an terahertz comb generator.
