In this study, a new cleaning method of machine parts using tap water and microbubble in ultrasonic field(28 kHz, 100 W) is proposed. As specimen, stainless plate evenly coated with tapping paste is used. Cleaning effect of the proposed method is compared with that of microbubble cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning for removal rate of oil and turbidness in washing water after cleaning. As a result, removal rate of oil the proposed method is superior to microbubble cleaning and inferior to ultrasonic cleaning. However, turbidness of washing water in the proposed method is superior to that of ultrasonic cleaning and almost same as that of microbubble cleaning. The proposed method is expected to be effective on cleaning more dirty and adhesive oil and reduce pollution of washing water. |
