Reverse ETA Method and its Application for Safety Analysis

(in English) Reverse ETA Method was invented as the cause analysis method which is made by transform of ETA’s analysis direction. The author reports its features, practice procedure with notice points and practice case. Reverse ETA Method enable to substitute for FTA because of simple tree diagram. FMETA (amended FMEA) which complement FMEA’s defects by Reverse ETA Method is proposed.
For Safety Analysis Reverse ETA Method is superior to FMEAT. Only the application of Reverse ETA Method is necessary.
