| 抄録 | （和） | This report handles a networked haptic drum system in which two users play a drum set together in a 3D virtual space by using their respective haptic interface devices. The system has two types of usage: Remote teaching and joint performance. In remote teaching, a teacher instructs a student how to play a drum set by controlling the student’s drumsticks remotely. In joint performance, two users play the drum set together by moving their own drumsticks independently. By subjective assessment, we investigated the influence of network delay for the two types of usage. Assessment results show that the characteristics of human perception depend on the distance and velocity of movement of drumsticks (i.e., rhythm and tempo). |
