| (in English) | In this study， we aimed investigate interference of training to electroencephalogram（EEG）during N-back task which is one of the working memory task．Seven healty normal subjects aged 22-24 years old participated. their success rate on N-back task has risen by training．We performed the N-back task while recording the EEG on day 1， day 3，day 5，day 8 and day 15．We examined the latency and amplitude of negative peak appeared at arround 200ms（N1）， positive peak appeared at arround 300ms（P1）and negative peak appeared at arround 400ms（N2）after stimulation．We examined the difference between each peak（PN component）by training As a result，there was a trend towards a faster latency in P1，and there were change of PN components． Therefore，we conclude the latency and amplitude has become change affected by the number of training． |
