(in English) In this paper, we present regional wireless mesh access network platform, called “NerveNet”, which can share and distribute local information among the terminals using in-network information caching and distribution features even if the internet connectivity has lost. We also present local information sharing and distribution Android applications, they are using such features mentioned above. We demonstrate two applications: one is for disaster/emergency information announcement and safety confirmation application, another is Ads distribution application.
