Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We have previously proposed an autonomous decentralized clustering mechanism for Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANET) and evaluated its characteristics by using random walk model. In order to apply our algorithm to dynamic environment such as MANET, we should consider the drastic changes of network topology as well as the topology change caused by each node moving individually. Although in the situation, the cluster structures are required to adapt the changes of network topology. Especially after the disaster, it is desirable to sustain the cluster structures after the changes of network topology. This paper evaluates the adaptability of our mechanism by using the model which causes a dramatic change of network topology.
