(in English) Time-interleaved (TI) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) use several ADCs in parallel, and are effective way to substantially increase the sampling rate beyond technology-imposed speed limitations.However, the performance of TI-ADCs is limited by offset, gain, and sampling timing mismatches among the ADC channel. To overcome this problem, we use all-digital background calibration method. The problem of slow convergence speed exists in digital background calibration. This paper presents all-digital background calibration with fast convergence.
