(in English) SKY Perfect JSAT is proceeding research and development of the technology which is required for disaster-proof strengthening of the information telecommunications network used as the base of the communication of information at the time of a disaster.
The targets of this project is to develop small transportable VSAT terminal which is easy installation and operation in case of a disaster.
This VSAT equips with automatic UAT(Uplink Access Test）function and no skillful operator is not required to deploy this earth station.
In this papaer, we will report current status of this developement and usefulness of automatic UAT.
