There are strong desires for urgent satellite link establishment in order to recover communication lines in large-scale disaster like the Great East Japan Earthquake.Based on the VSATs usage data in this massive disaster, this paper tries to extract potential uses of a small portable VSAT.This paper shows that a study of satellite links design criteria of various antenna size and BER in the Ku band. |
