| 抄録 | （和） | 遠隔会議における情報共有の場面においては，参加者の発話衝突や発話の偏りなどが問題となることが多い．発話衝突や発話の偏りを避けるために，会議のプロセスをデザインするファシリテータの振る舞いが重要であると考え，「均等に話を振る」「適切に介入する」といったファシリテータの基本的な振る舞いが，発話衝突の回数，タスク達成までの時間・発話量にどれだけ影響を与えるかを測定した．その結果，ファシリテータの振る舞いが，発話衝突の回数を減少させ，タスク達成までの発話量の減少に貢献することがわかった．さらに，参加者それぞれの発話回数の情報をファシリテータに提供することによって，発話の偏りがより一層減少し，情報共有の効率が上がるかについての評価実験も行なったが，明確な効率化効果を見出すことはできなかった． |
| （英） | In the scene of the information sharing about the teleconference, the leaning of the utterance crash and the utterance of the participant, and so on, often becomes a problem. To avoid the leaning of the utterance crash and the utterance, the existence of facilitator of the process of the conference which designs is important. Therefore, it measured how much the following two which facilitator does had an influence on the number of times of the utterance crash about the teleconference, the time and the utterance number of times to the task achievement. (1) Facilitator gives the participant of the teleconference the opportunity of the remark equally. (2) Facilitator intervenes in the contents of the teleconference appropriately. It found the following as the result. (1) Because facilitator exists in the teleconference, the number of times of the utterance crash decreases. (2) Because facilitator exists in the teleconference, the utterance quantity to the task achievement decreases. Moreover, it did the evaluation experiment by which the leaning of the utterance decreases by providing information on the utterance number of times of the participant for facilitator and the information sharing becomes more efficient or it boils and is on, too. | |
