In this work, for application to miniaturized of RF components on MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit), we developed transmission lines employing PAGS (Periodically Arrayed Ground Structure) on silicon semiconducting substrate. Concretely, we compared with RF characteristics of PAGS structures depending on contact and slot. According to results, PAGS of with-contact and non-slot showed shortest wavelength than another structures, and showed good RF characteristics. |
