Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This report presents analysis results of the RF-DC conversion efficiency in a rectifier with FSK modulate input signal. In this study, we select the full-wave bridge rectifier. The simulation results show that when we input CW to rectifier, the power conversion efficiency achieves 77% and the pulse input signal has the same efficiency. Nevertheless, when using a FSK input signal the efficiency is decreased 63%. We confirm that this degradation is mainly caused by mixing operations with various frequency signals on the diodes used.
