(in English) The monitoring and maintenance operation in the current communication networks are carried out scope of works from root cause analysis to problem handlings based on knowledge that was accumulated to the maintenance person. The maintenance person implements priorities by certain information for making a decision. For example, there is trouble alarm information of related systems on NE (Network element)-OSSs (Operation support system). However, the operations are not possible as usual case, when trouble alarm occurs in large quantities from communication network devices, because priority judgment is carried out in hands. In this paper, we explain an implementation method of estimate techniques of mobile phone service influence rate on an OSS.
