Measurement Method for Permittivity and Permeability of Artificially-designed Sheet

(in English) Recently, EM absorbers using artificially-designed material are frequently studied. In order to design EM absorber, the permittivity and permeability of the material are the significant parameters to determine the absorption property. In this study, as the artificially-designed material, the infinite metal wire array sheet and permalloy composite sheet are used. The permittivity and permeability measurement methods of above materials are considered here.
