A Note on Fast Algorithms of Shift Bound for Cyclic Codes

(in English) The shift bound is one of well-known and good bounds for the designed minimum distance in cyclic codes. However there is no fast algorithm for calculating its real value with long code length. The authors proposed new lower bound for the designed minimum distance in cyclic codes approaching to the shift bound. In this paper we discuss about improvement of our proposed algorithm and
constructing the independent set by the result of proposed algorithm.
