Computation of Normal Positions of Organs

(in English) In this paper, we develop an algorithm to establish the normal positions
of organs in a human torso.
In computational anatomy, the average of individual organ is computed using
volumetric image registration.
For full registration of a collection of organs, the normal positions of organs
and the relative configurations of a collection of organs are essential
geometrical information. Using Voronoi tessellation of regions,
we define medial axis of organs.
This tessellations defines relative configurations of organs in a torso.
