[Invited Talk] Operation Supports on Social Infrastructures using Information-Control Cooperation Platform -- Roles and Functions of ICT Platform in Smart Social Infrastructures --

(in English) In this paper, roles and functions of information-control cooperation platform called SC (smart city)-platform (SC-Platform) are introduced. The SC platform has next three characteristics. (1) The SC-platform aggregates, saves and transfer operation data for different kinds of social infrastructures by M2M communication and security functions. (2) Since collected data are shared among applications, new service application can be realized. (3) Collected data are analyzed using analytics functions and generates problem solution data on supply and consumption of social infrastructures. As examples for visualization and problem solution, visualization for daily change of electricity consumption and safety diagnosis of trunk gas pipeline are shown. Currently, SC-platform is applied to data collection and saving. In future, spatial-temporal big data analytics functions are extended. Thus, SC-platform is expected as the kernel of smart social infrastructures.
