We have been studying a portable 3D-MRA(Magnetic Resonance Angiography) image data observation tool on Laptop PC. This tool supports the user to easily determine the positioning of Multi Planar Reconstruc- tion (MPR) images or Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) images based on the blood vessel network structure (anatomic location of the blood vessels). Using our tool implemented on a smartphone, the user can watch the image data both at all times and all places. In this paper, we report some results of our implementation of the 3D-MRA image data observation tool on iPhone 3G (Apple Inc.). |
