A Simultaneous Completion Method for Multiple Relational Data

(in English) In this paper, we consider a completion problem of
multiple relational data sets with missing values.
In cases where there is some relevance among different relational datasets,
we can expect their simultaneous completion results in better prediction
accuracy than completing each dataset independently.
The idea has been employed in several existing methods;
however, since they
assume all relational datasets are equally relevant, simultaneous completion
sometimes makes results worse when some of them have less or no relevance.
We propose a more flexible model which allows such situations, and
experiments show the proposed model
outperforms the existing ones especially
when the datasets include some irrelevant datasets.
