Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) For muscle training with electric muscle stimulation(EMS), we need a guideline and a method for estimating and controlling the training load, which means how much electrical stimulation provides. In this research, we focus on a typical EMS with two band-type electrodes at both ends of muscle, and we investigated the measurements of evoked myoelectric signals and its changes during EMS training. Though our experiments on actual recording of electromyograms, we observed typical phenomena related to potentiation and fatigue are observed, and also variations according to the condition differences.
