(in English) This is a study to improve FMEA, FTA and ETA of logical thinking as useful and convenient tools for experts of consumer's problems such as "the advisory specialists for consumer' affairs". Some limitations and improvement of them for this purpose are discussed . Finally, some tools available in consumer perspective are presented.
