Vector Visualization of Nonlinear Excited Waves on Human Cardiac Interventricular Septum (IVS) Wall -- The Propagating Cardiac Dark Soliton on IVS --

(in English) Recently we have already observed some phase singularity in traveling excited waves noninvasively measured by novel high resolution ultrasonic measurement of myocardial motion on a human cardiac interventricular septum (IVS) for a healthy young male. To assess determinants of response of dissipative solitary wave interaction in heart wall, we present at least one of the observed phase singularities in the excited waves on the IVS can be explained by BN hole solution on CGLE with one parameter family. However, strictly, these physical model explaining a part of one-dimensional CGLE model (BN - hole ) analysis of the observed phase defects on the IVS are incorrect in a sense of physical point of view. On the contrary, here we have successfully found another new type of cardiac solitary waves resonant interaction together with propagating BN-hole. These dynamical behavior play a crucial role in the IVS wall motion and significantly correlated with dynamical behavior of these elastic QRS complex waves.
