(in English) Kagoshima City Aquarium started “Creating friendly institution for visitors” Project. This project has been going through improvement, proposition and implementation so that all visitors can enjoy the aquarium. As part of this project, a guide system was prepared so that Deaf, Blind and visitors from overseas can enjoy our display. This information support system experimentally utilized portable information devices. To evaluate this system, we conducted two public demonstrations and collected evaluation from our visitors. This paper reports the results of the experiments.
