Design of CSD Coefficient FIR Filters Based on Proximate Optimality Principle Using GA

(in English) In this paper, an allocation of non-zero digits for CSD coefficient FIR filters based on POP (Proximate Optimality Principle) using GA is proposed. The effective allocation method of non-zero digits in the CSD coefficients FIR filter design have been already shown. On the other hand, the POP is known in several optimization problems. The POP is a principle that good solutions keep similar structure during its search process. It seems that the POP can be established in a series of filter coefficients designed. In the proposed method, the POP is considered
among searching by the GA. Several examples are shown to present an efficiency of the proposed method.
